When [KORYAK] first approached Eaton about outsourcing our
Oracle Applications support, I had my reservations. Surrendering
control and security of our application environment was a very
daunting proposition. The potential for saving $1 Million
annually, the predictability of fixed support costs over a three
year period and the promise of high service levels were key
factors in my decision to outsource our Oracle support to KORYAK.
During the first year of the Outsourcing Agreement signed with
KORYAK, we've achieved great things! Our users are very happy
with the thorough and responsive answers they receive when they
contact KORYAK. Critical issues are worked 7-by-24 even though
our contract does not call for such support. Turnaround time for
queries to the help desk is typically less than 1 hour! Monthly
status reports provide us with detailed information on where our
problems lie, and identify opportunities for process improvement
and additional training. The support you provide for the
standard Oracle Applications, hundreds of custom interfaces,
forms and reports in our environment is excellent.
