MANAGEMENT ANALYST
Title: Management Analyst
Duties: Manage and oversee the
Company’s business development operations for its hospital and health insurance
clients; assist in various process improvement, information technology and
regulatory initiatives; major initiatives in the industry include cost focused
and efficiency focused process improvements, regulatory initiatives such as
ICD-10 and system implementation and integration initiatives; assist clients in
these important initiatives by leveraging their knowledge, experience and
expertise; understand government health care initiatives and related
complexities; coordinate with the Company’s Software Development division to
help with requirements gathering, user interface design and functional testing;
develop and implement marketing strategy within the Company’s operations within
the hospital and health insurance industry; manage and oversee the business
proposals; assist in other areas on an as-needed basis depending on incoming
Company’s business; enforce the policies, procedures and standards of excellence
of Koryak Consulting, Inc.; and, exercise discretionary authority over projects
to ensure the high quality services provided and maximize profitability.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or
related field, or its foreign equivalent and six months of experience in the
process improvement within the hospital environment; exposure to ICD-10 in the
hospital or health insurance environment; user interface design knowledge;
knowledge of requirements gathering and systems design; and, knowledge of
business proposal development. Any suitable combination of education, training
and experience will be accepted.
